Kevin and his wife Danielle joined the Greenbelt family in September 2010.
They have two children, Cameron and Samantha.
Kevin is extremely passionate about seeing families know, live and share their faith in Jesus Christ. As the Lead Pastor at Greenbelt, Kevin’s heart is to see Christians grow in living out their faith as they trust Christ more and more, and to see people who are checking out the claims of Christ to take that first step in following Him.
He loves teaching God’s timeless truth in new and creative ways.
His hobbies and interests vary greatly. Loves date night with his wife, playing with his kids, comic books, technology, singing (badly), enjoying a coffee and playing board games with friends.

STEVE OUTHOUSE
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Steve and his wife Jen joined the Greenbelt family in 2002. Since then they have been blessed with two daughters, Hannah and Carleigh, and the entire family has grown to enjoy the caring and supportive people of Greenbelt.
Steve works in the federal government and serves the staff team of Greenbelt as a volunteer Associate Pastor.
He is passionate about organization (yes, it’s probably an illness) and creating opportunities for people to use their God-given gifts and skills to make a difference in the lives of others.
He is an avid follower of the news and federal politics, shuttles his girls around to various sports and extracurricular activities, and is proud of his Atlantic Canadian roots!

MICHAEL REED
YOUTH PASTOR
Michael Reed serves as the shared youth pastor for “Fusion Youth”—Greenbelt’s shared youth ministry with PineGrove Bible Church. Michael came to Greenbelt in July 2010, after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies at the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago.
Michael has a passion for explaining God’s word in a way that makes sense and makes a difference. He is excited to help students develop in the relationship with Christ and with one another. Michael enjoys writing, playing ukulele, most breakfast foods, and cheering for the Chicago Cubs.

ADRIENNE SCHMIDT
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Adrienne Schmidt is our Church Administrator, making sure the office runs smoothly. Adrienne works at the office on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:30-2:30, ready to give you a smile if you drop in or a cheerful greeting if you call.
She provides clerical support to the Church Leadership Team and will also direct your enquiries, concerns, and (don’t forget) words of encouragement to the appropriate party. Her professional manner ensures confidentiality and is complemented with a compassionate attitude. Adrienne’s flair for creativity and artistic ability are complemented by her organizational skills, which keep things fresh and running smoothly.
